“ Mrs. White has been employed with Garda since November 30, 2009. Though she has only been with Garda for a couple of year, Mrs. White has shown a lot of initiative and dedication in her job. Mrs. White has never been late or called in sick. Every time her relief is late or not coming in, Mrs. White will stay working late until her relief arrives. She has also helped out by covering shifts on weekends when other guards don’t show or call in sick. I feel S/O White has been a good example to other guards.
Another reason why I am nominating S/O Leah White is because I spoke to the client at Canada Life who is very happy with Mrs. White’s performance at the site. The client mentioned that S/O White has excellent PR skills and she’s easy to get along with. The client stated he is happy with the way S/O White participates and with the way she treats the tenants.

He is extremely diligent and always follows through in a timely manner with any request that is asked of him.
